How much can I earn renting my apartment in Dubai?

It depends on the area, size and finish of your property. We provide a free, data-backed revenue estimate based on the real performance of comparable units in your building or neighbourhood.

What does Dar Mama charge?

A simple, transparent 17% fee — and only on your NET revenue. "Net" means what's left after the booking platform's own commission, the cleaning fee and the Dubai tourism tax are deducted from the gross booking amount. Our 17% applies to that net base, and every line is laid out in your monthly statement so you can see exactly how your payout is built.

Can I see my property's performance in real time?

Yes. Every owner gets a secure login to the Dar Mama owner platform with live occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue, statements and documents.
